Healthy Eating

Every one today is trying to figure out what is healthy eating. It is nothing but just keeping balance, variety and moderation in the food that we consume. All the nutrients that our body needs do not come from one food alone therefore we should include in our diet a wide variety of food without getting too much calories or too much of any one nutrient. We should always include plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables in our food intake. One should also take care to maintain a healthy weight. Excess fat increases your chance for inviting diseases. Eating moderate portions instead of big ones helps one stay healthy.
